Qualifications

• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on physician orders to meet goals.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and documents findings.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
• Completes real-time documentation for billing and compliance.
