Job summary

Naven Health in Memphis, TN is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or infusion sites, under supervision. You will perform treatments, monitor patient status, and document care. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, CPR, and some infusion experience.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required as travel is frequent. The role emphasizes patient education, coordination with the clinical team, and adherence to HIPAA and agency

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Strong computer and documentation skills for real-time charting.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and administers infusion therapies in the home or alternate sites.
• Documents care in real-time and maintains compliance with plan of care.
• Coordinates with the clinical team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Educates patients and families/caregivers on therapy administration.
• Assists with discharge planning and ensures smooth handoffs.
