Option Care Health, Inc. invites experienced Infusion Nurse II to join our team delivering intermediate nursing care in patients' homes or alternate infusion suites.

You will coordinate treatments, administer medications, assess progress, and educate patients and families while documenting in real-time to ensure continuity of care under a physician's plan. This role requires an active RN license, 1+ year infusion experience preferred, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for business purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide intermediate home care per physician plan.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Document care in real-time and ensure billing/compliance.
• Assist in discharge planning and summaries.
• Mentor/oversee Infusion Nurse I as needed.
