Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy nursing services to patients in their homes on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include catheter access and care, vitals assessment, and medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds).

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, at least 1 year of infusion therapy experience, and reliable transportation to support 2+ home visits per week. Competitive pay and per-visit scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit patients at home.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies (antibiotics, TPN, IVIG) per physician orders.
• Perform catheter access and care (peripheral IVs, ports) and monitor patient vitals.
• Document visits promptly using electronic charting and scheduling tools.
• Educate patients on self-administration and care after visits.
