Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate home-visit nursing care under a physician's plan.
• Assesses patient status at visits, documents progress, and communicates changes to the physician.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced nurses as needed.
