Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II in Honolulu to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suites. You’ll work under structured supervision while delivering patient-centered care and maintaining compliance with physician plans of care.

The role emphasizes counseling patients and families, real-time charting, and collaboration with the Clinical team to ensure seamless transitions and safe, effective therapies at home or alternate sites.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and updates plan with physician orders.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapy and care needs.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures timely billing documentation.
