Prosper Infusion, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Nursing Manager to support the Director of Nursing in maintaining high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on administrative leadership, staff education, and patient inquiries, with primary duties in our Tampa or Sarasota office. The Nursing Manager will supervise nursing teams, review paperwork, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate with pharmacists and physicians to optimize clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a RN in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• 2 years with infusion care preferred; At least 1 years of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you are responsible for ensuring clinical excellence according to established policies and procedures.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including excel.
• Able to independently work out of the Tampa or Sarasota office
• Attention to detail when it comes to reviewing nursing notes

Responsabilités

• Educating and informing patients IV and SC therapies in person and by phone
• Working with patients in a friendly, calm and efficient manner while maintaining safety
• Providing consultations to patients and/or family members, reviewing health history, reasons for therapy and completing all required forms (i.e., consent, assessments, and nursing notes)
• Prepares clinical and progress notes, helps coordinates services, and informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the patient’s conditions and needs
• Initiates appropriate preventative nursing procedures
• Working with our pharmacists to plan and order supplies
• Consulting with Prosper Infusion pharmacists and the Medical Director, as needed
• High ethics and integrity and able to work independently and with a team
• Adheres to all policies and procedures and maintains compliance at all times
• Assists with other services as needed
• Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner
