This role supports home or alternate infusion suites, under physician plans of care, with supervision from a nurse manager. The Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care, ensuring safety and continuity. Requires active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience in

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must demonstrate ability to manage CPR duties and infection control as part of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and updates physician orders accordingly.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed to ensure patient safety.
• Communicates with Clinical team, patients, and families to coordinate care and completes documentation in real time.
