Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home and alternate site infusion services provider. We seek an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Travel may be required; strong documentation and teamwork are essential for patient safety and care continuity.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care treatments in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient status at each visit and documents progress for physician action.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed to ensure patient safety.
