Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suites, ensuring safety and adherence to physician plans. You will document care in real-time and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires active RN license, 3–5 years infusion experience, CPR, and valid driving license. Optional supervisory duties may arise in absence of a supervisor as per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory settings.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle for business travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and adjusts infusion plan of care.
• Performs nursing treatments and educates patients and caregivers.
• Obtains physician orders and communicates changes.
• Provides training to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Maintains real-time clinical documentation for billing and care continuity.
