Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse Educator in Portland, OR to educate patients, caregivers, and staff and to guide transitions to the OCH care model. The role combines clinical nursing with education, documentation, and collaboration with the sales team to optimize patient flow and service uptake.

The position requires active RN licensure, a minimum of 2 years nursing experience, and CPR certification; travel to home sites and facilities is required to support safe and effective

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff about OCH services and products.
• Coordinate with sales team to support patient transitions to OCH care delivery.
• Document education using OCH applications and technology.
• Provide in-person patient and caregiver education and perform home visits as needed.
• Ensure timely discharge planning and continuity of care with care teams.
