Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to administer IV therapies in patients' homes and coordinate with care teams. You will build strong relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, home-based infusional care.

Requirements include an active RN license and 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home health. Travel within a large geographic region and some evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
