Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is hiring a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver in-home care to patients where they are most comfortable. You will administer IV infusions, coordinate with pharmacists and care teams, and document patient progress in medical records.

This role requires an active RN license, 1 year in critical or home healthcare, and the ability to travel across a large geographic region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• 40-hour workweek with evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
