Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to administer IV therapies in patients' homes and partner with care teams for holistic care. You will document progress and act as the main contact for updates, ensuring safe, effective treatment in a home setting.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year in critical or home health care, IV skills, and a willingness to travel within a large region. A BSN is preferred and a 40-hour workweek is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
