Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse (Specialty Medication Field Nurse) to deliver care in patients' homes and build trusting relationships. You will administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, and coordinate with pharmacists and care teams.

This role requires active RN license, 1 year in critical or home healthcare, IV skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
