Vital Care Infusion Services is a leading provider of infusion therapy services with over 100 locations across the United States. Vital Care of Mequon is a locally owned and operated infusion pharmacy. We partner with physicians, hospitals, and payers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective infusion care in the comfort of patients' homes or in one of our conveniently located infusion suites. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve through clinical excellence, compassion, and personalized support.

Position Summary

Looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources—including physicians, discharge planners, and case managers—to drive patient referrals for home and alternate-site infusion services. You will act as a liaison between Vital Care and our referral community, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional service for patients.

Role is for an Aug start & compensation package will include base + uncapped commission & will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources
  2. Generate new business opportunities and increase referral volume within assigned territory
  3. Educate healthcare professionals on Vital Care's services, patient benefits, and care coordination processes
  4. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful patient onboarding and retention
  5. Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM & Trella
  6. Represent Vital Care at industry events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
  7. Stay current on industry trends, payor requirements, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years in healthcare sales, preferably in infusion, home health, or specialty pharmacy
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  5. Knowledge of the local healthcare market and referral dynamics
  6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  7. Experience applying Sales and Marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services
  8. Experience with analyzing and reporting sales data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  9. Marketing of IV infusions & injectables for complex disease states

  1. RN with infusion sales experience
  2. 5+ years home infusion experience focusing on specialty referrals (IVIG)
  3. Existing relationships with specialty doctors and other referral sources
