Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking a Post-Install Customer Care Technician to diagnose and resolve warranty and punch-list issues on installs including roofing, siding, doors, windows and gutters. You will communicate repair needs to customers and generate follow-on sales opportunities while balancing profitability.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, creating scopes of work, maintaining the company vehicle, and delivering top-tier customer service, with pay hourly plus monthly incentives.

Fitzpatrick is seeking a Post-Install Customer Care Technician who can diagnose and correct issues associated with warranty claims and punch-list items on products installed by PJ Fitzpatrick, including, but not limited to: Roofing, Siding, Doors, Windows and Gutters.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose various home repair issues
• Communicate repair needs and opportunities to customers
• Balance the needs of the customer with the profitability of the project
• Generate Sales leads for gutters, roofing, siding, trim, doors, windows, and baths
• Create and deliver detailed scopes of work and other forms
• Accurately follow procedures
• Maintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenance
• Maintain professional appearance and reliability
• Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service
• Manage daily schedule with direction from Coordinator
• Maintain an active role in own advancement of product knowledge and best practices necessary for all scopes of work

Pay: Hourly rate plus the potential of a monthly incentive

Requirements

• Lifting and carrying equipment and materials of up to 100 lbs
• Operating power tools and hand tools
• Operating a metal bending brake
• Climbing step ladders and 24' - 40' extension ladders
• Walking and working on elevated and uneven surfaces (roofs)
• Working outside exposed to the elements
• Frequent standing, sitting, crawling, bending, lifting, carrying, walking, kneeling, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling, etc. in awkward positions
• Must have a valid drivers license
