Currently, we have a full-time position available for a Home Improvement Sales Trainee. The Trainee will be based out of our office. We believe in providing opportunities for everyone to learn, develop their professional skills, and have fun along the way! We are seeking a Home Improvement Sales Trainee to support our Senior Client Service Managers in overseeing the successful execution of our client’s customer outreach initiatives in the local area.

Home Improvement Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

1. Execute promotional outreach campaigns with team members to develop an engaging brand identity and expand our customer base in person.
2. Create excitement around our clients' brands to increase potential new customers.
3. Deliver quick presentations to potential customers to promote our clients' brands and generate interest in their services.
4. Track and manage all customer questions and concerns.
5. Suggest ways to expand our clients' outreach in the local market.
6. Ensure compliance with all company and client standards.
7. Follow all client and company guidelines.
8. Collaborate with team members to oversee daily operations within an assigned territory.

Preferred Skills for Home Improvement Sales Trainee:
