The position emphasizes friendly service, ability to stand for long periods, and occasional heavy lifting. Training across store areas is expected to deliver the best customer support.

Qualifikationen

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to standing/sitting for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
