Job summary

Lowe's in Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and provide knowledgeable service throughout the store. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer and basic retail tools.
• Six months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones/tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
