Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kentucky to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and ensure a smooth checkout experience in-store.

You'll work with a team across departments, handle inquiries, restock merchandise, and participate in cross-training to deliver excellent service. This role supports customers daily while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and basic software
• Experience with smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand or sit for long periods
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tint, cut and bundle wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned
