Job summary

Lowe's Customer Service Associate role responsible for greeting customers, helping them find products, and ensuring their needs are met. You will assist with locating items, loading merchandise, and processing orders in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position emphasizes friendly customer interactions, basic math, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Training across departments is available to support excellent service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data input/output.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish products as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandize based on customer needs.
