Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to guide customers through home improvement purchases, offering product knowledge and financing options to close sales.

You will move throughout the store, assist with project needs, and coordinate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires customer-facing sales experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at Lowe's.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand and sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide smart customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors; provide estimates, scheduling, and follow-up for projects.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to restock.
