Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and help them select home improvement products. You’ll become a product expert, explain features, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering excellent service.

Based in-store, you’ll move through departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, collaborating with teammates to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, managing orders and installations.
• Support checkout, pricing adherence, and assist with department requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach for development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
