ProCraft Restoration Group is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives in the Canton/ATL area. We provide company-supplied, qualified appointments, tools, and in-house systems to help you close. This role offers structured onboarding, ride-alongs, and real commission with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll perform home inspections, guide homeowners through restoration decisions, and build relationships for repeat business, all while leveraging a strong reputation and long-term career path.

Qualifications

• DRIVE: must have own transportation and reliable commute.
• 18 years or older and able to meet job requirements.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Live in or near the service area to cover Canton/ATL area.
