ProCraft is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives in the Canton area who want a long-term career with a reputable contractor. You will work with company-supplied qualified appointments, close deals, and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

We provide iPad, software, inspection tools, branded gear, and in-house systems so you can focus on selling. Training, ride-alongs, and clear promotion paths are available to fast-track your success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to work in-home with homeowners and present solutions.
• Willingness to learn company-provided processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform home inspections and guide homeowners through restoration/renovation decisions.
