This role supports Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, and partners with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors to offer financing options.

Primary responsibilities include counseling customers about loan accounts, documenting conversations, processing payments by phone, and handling account maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to observe on-screen text and images accurately.
• Ability to communicate verbally using a headset or microphone.
• Ability to operate a computer for extended periods.
