Job summary

HANSONS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Omaha, NE on a 1099 contract basis. The role focuses on meeting homeowners, identifying needs, presenting tailored home-improvement solutions, and closing sales.

You will work a 5-day schedule with company-provided appointments and uncapped commissions. Top performers currently earn $250K–$400K annually with weekly direct deposit and upfront commission structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or outside sales.
• Background in automotive sales or F&I, roofing, windows, HVAC or solar, or high-ticket retail.
• Proven ability to connect with people and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who requested information about improving their homes.
• Identify needs, present HANSONS solutions, demonstrate value and confidently ask for the business.
• Promote and sell home-improvement options such as Windows, Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Baths/Showers.
