Job summary

HANSONS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Omaha, NE on a 1099 contractor basis. You will meet with homeowners, identify needs, present solutions, and close sales for home-improvement products such as windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and baths/showers.

The role offers 1-3 company-provided appointments daily, uncapped commissions, upfront payment of commissions, and weekly direct deposit with a flexible 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

Competitive, coachable mindset for high-pressure sales.
Experience in in-home or outside sales is preferred.
Background in high-ticket or commission-driven sales environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners who requested information to improve their homes.
Identify needs, present HANSONS solutions, demonstrate value and close the sale.
Sell home-improvement products including windows, roofing, siding, gutters, baths/showers.
