Job summary

HANSONS is seeking energetic sales professionals to meet with homeowners who request information about home improvements, identify needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale.

You'll work with windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and baths/showers, with provided appointments and uncapped commissions. Training includes product knowledge and sales process; growth opportunities exist with leadership.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable people with sales experience.
• Experience in in-home or outside sales.
• Background in high-ticket sales (roofing, windows, HVAC, solar).
• B2B sales or real estate/insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who have requested information about improving their homes.
• Identify needs, present the HANSONS solution, demonstrate value, and confidently ask for the business.
