Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find right products and services for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with merchandise.

Daily duties vary by department and include stocking, processing orders, and supporting checkout. This role requires basic computer and tech experience, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver excellent service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
