Job summary

Lowe's Customer Service Associate position in Indiana invites you to greet customers and assist with home improvement needs. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and process orders while maintaining organized merchandise and a friendly store environment.

Your daily work includes stocking, assisting in multiple departments, and supporting checkout while ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Capability to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
