Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer or similar device.
• Six months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unaided or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting products.
• Restock shelves and maintain merchandising.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
