The role involves assisting with merchandise, stocking, and processing orders, with opportunities to learn across departments and participate in our growth-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for basic input/output tasks (6 months).
• Experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets) for 6 months.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for duty periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
