Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will interact with customers, process orders, and help with stocking and merchandising while learning multiple store areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and processing orders.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise organization.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and assist with deliveries.
• Cross-train in other store areas as needed.
