Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer and inputting information
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipes, wood) per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
