Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You may assist in loading merchandise, answering questions, and maintaining tidy departments.

This part-time role offers opportunities across appliances, hardware, paint, garden, and more, with a focus on friendly service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and to perform duties as needed.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and ensuring shelves are full and tidy.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
