Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, and resolve questions throughout their shopping experience. You will help stock and merchandise and assist with orders and deliveries as needed.

The role may involve cross-training in other store areas to maximize service quality. Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, familiarity with retail tech, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving information.
• Six months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods; capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and merchandise and ensure shelf availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
