Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer and retail technology experience, a willingness to learn across departments, and a flexible attitude. The role is on-site with opportunities for growth and benefits discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for everyday tasks (inputting, accessing, or outputting information)
• Experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform required duties
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodations

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service objectives
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (color, size, quantity)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform additional duties as assigned
