Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find and select home improvement products. You will assist with locating items, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.

Role involves stocking, processing orders, and occasionally training in other departments to provide the best service. Prior retail or customer service exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand/sit for prolonged periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support service.
• Prepare merchandise per department needs (e.g., paint, lumber, plumbing).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
