Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
