Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in multiple US locations. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, and ensure needs are met throughout the day.

You will spend time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise with daily responsibilities varying by department. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities to grow within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers for inputting, accessing, and processing information.
• Experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and monitor stock levels.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other departments to support service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in department as needed (e.g., paint tint, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
