Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. This part-time position offers flexible schedules and the chance to develop retail skills in a supportive environment.

You will handle inquiries, assist with locating items, and ensure customer needs are met, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments.

Qualifications

• : 6 months experience using a computer, inputting/accessing/modifying data
• - 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• - Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• - Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties
• - Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver top customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, cutting materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
