Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer.
• Minimum 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
