Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with home improvement needs in a part-time, on-site role. You will welcome shoppers, guide them to products, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.

In this position you’ll split time between helping customers in the departments and supporting everyday store operations, including stocking, answering questions, and processing simple transactions. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience with retail devices like smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and assist with loading items.
• Stock replenishment and organizing merchandise on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service levels.
• Assist with checkout and guide customers through shopping experience.
