You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with merchandise selection in a dynamic retail environment. The role supports various departments, with opportunities to learn new skills, assist at checkout, and stock shelves.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• 6 months experience with smartphones/tablets in a retail setting.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 75 lb

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide friendly service and assist with product locations.
• Help customers find and select merchandise and process orders accurately.
• Stock shelves, replenish supplies and support store departments as needed.
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout; perform other duties as assigned.
