Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Brunswick, GA to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You’ll listen, answer questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience across departments.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and participating in cross-training to deliver excellent service. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer/tech skills and ability to perform arithmetic.
• Familiarity with retail tech and POS systems preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., cut and bundle items) as needed.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout; complete other duties as assigned.
