Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating products, and ensure their needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Minimum 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (25+ with/without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist at checkout and guide customers through shopping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
