Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification. You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of equipment and respiratory services.

The role pays $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience and includes a bonus opportunity. You’ll work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and support operations across multiple

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen as required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (where applicable).
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle insurance verification and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with others to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with deposits, batch reporting and supply monitoring.
• Coordinate with outside agencies to resolve patient issues and ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Maintain organized records and logs per standards.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• May cover on-call, drive a company vehicle and deliver to patients' homes.
