Job summary

You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake and qualification of insurance coverage, and coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services in a fast-paced setting. Salary ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake and ensure accurate patient information and insurance verification.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs per company standards.
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• May cover on-call, drive a company vehicle, and deliver equipment to patients.
